Higher Level Assembly
In addition to producing all of your plastic components, we can perform all assembly work, including multiple component types (plastic, metal, wood etc.), sheet metal and dissimilar materials.
Engineering and Design
Our capabilities in CAD/CAM, 3D modeling and rapid prototyping mean that we can produce a viable prototype within as little as 10 days from the onset of your order.
Reverse Engineering
We can take virtually any component that's made from sheet metal, wood or fiber glass, scan it and then prototype it for plastic thermoforming. In doing so, Productive Plastics utilizes all the benefits of CMM and Faro Arm technologies.
Customer Inventory Management
We can manage your inventory on our own site for you, and we can ship it according to your needs or your schedule. Our inventory management capabilities include Kan-Ban and JIT. We also generate forecasting models to help guide you in terms of finding the optimal solution for inventory control and shipping.
